Sweet Pea Dessert Tasting

Featuring all the sweet wines you could ever dream of.  But, if you have never had the occasion to taste California Cabernet Sauvignon with dark chocolate, you're in for a great treat.  Yes, some dry wines work with dessert.  And the sweet wines range from the ever so light Moscato D'Asti--at only 7% alcohol--to massively full-bodied ports at 20% alcohol.  So, sweeten up this winter season and come try for yourself.

Super Bowl Beer Tasting

Looking for the perfect beer to serve at your Super Bowl party?  Looking for something new and exciting?  Well, look no further!  Sal's Beverage World will be hosting a beer tasting just in time for the Super Bowl.  Craft beers from around the world will be available for your tasting pleasure.

Italian Wine Tasting

Le Francaise Wine Tasting
Saturday, March 24, 2012 from 2-5 p.m. in Elmhurst
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, Grenache, Champagne, Sauternes, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc...what do all these grapes and wine types have in common?  They all originated in France.  Yup, France delivers by far more fine wine styles of origin than any country in the world.  Come rediscover these classic beauties.
