This wine is in its prime drinking age from now to 2024. It is elegant and evolves in the glass as it opens up. Do not decant, but let it breathe in your glass and enjoy the changes it goes through!

On the nose you will find notes of ripe red cherry, Thyme, and a lovely earth tone. The wine is light in body but full of flavor. The cherry hits on the attack and morphs into delicious herbaceous profile. The finish is long and ever changing. Take your time and pay attention to how the flavors meld and morph. 

Excellent for Lamb, pork and chicken dishes.
