The NV Sec Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Tendresse is a beautiful example of this slightly sweet style of Champagne. The Tendresse is the same blend as the Speciale, but the higher dosage of 20 grams per liter gives the wine its breadth and volume. Lemon, white flowers and pastry wrap around the creamy, generous finish. This is another beautiful, striking wine from Milan. Disgorgement date: July 26, 2012. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2015.
